Infinity, based in the USA, takes pride in their products and replaces defective and on-snow breakage the same day received. All defective parts must be returned for your free replacement. Due to the extremely light weight and specialized applications for the R-1’s, we warranty this model for 30 days. Replacement parts can be obtained through any Infinity Sales & Service Representative.
With each pair of Infinity Ski Poles Purchased you will receive a Card just like the one pictured to the right. It is our Warranty “in writing” and a unique Ski Pole Registration Number. No other company does this, so take a moment and Fill it out and send it back.
