I'm an older woman who hasn't paddled in decades. I called Bob and told him I was looking for a paddle that would be less stressful on my shoulders and wrist. He was so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I went with all his recommendations and he changed the order I had put in online with no problem.
Bob also explained that if I were unhappy with the paddle for any reason, I could return it and they would refund my money or get me a paddle that would work for my situation. I'm sure I'll be thrilled with the carbon fiber paddle. My husband will be very jealous.

I spoke to Bob today and the paddle is already in the mail. I can't wait to use it! I'll update this review after I've used the paddle.
Purchasing a product from a business where the owner talks to you, is invested in your satisfaction, and actual cares that he is providing the best service is a treasure. Very rare these days. I strongly recommend you purchasing a carbon fiber paddle from ZRE!
